General Terms of Purchase

• All prices listed on our website are in Euros and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.
• In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
• We will provide an order confirmation via email once the purchase is complete.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and the weight of the order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.
• Shipping Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  
• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information via email.

Return and Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@apic.com.pt with your order details. We will provide further instructions on how to return your item.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped, making cancellation impossible.
• If an order has already been shipped, you can still return the item following the return policy stated above.

Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products.
• We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or governmental actions.
